MAKES ABOUT 1/2 A CUP
½ cup mayonnaise ( preferably made with avocado oil or EVOO)
1 tbsp fres dill, minced
1 tbsp dijion mustard
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve. Refrigerate in air-tight container for up to one week. Goes great with roasted vegetables or salmon.
