Oven Bacon
Ingredients
1 package bacon
parchment paper
Directions
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange bacon on baking sheet in a single layer without over lapping. Place bacon in the oven ( not preheated). Set the temperature to 400 degrees. Cook bacon to desired doneness about 20 minutes.

2 cups almond milk

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Ingredients
3 cups arugula
1 medium grapefruit, peeled and segmented
1 Â ripe avocado, sliced
4 slices prosciutto, sliced
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Divide arugula between 2 plates. Top each plate evenly with grapefruit, avocado, prosciutto, and walnuts. Drizzle each plate with 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Directions
Combined all ingredients in a small bowl or mason jar and stir well to combine. Refrigerate up to 4 hours or overnight. Serve with your favorite toppings.
