Ingredients

1 package bacon
parchment paper

Directions

Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange bacon on baking sheet in a single layer without over lapping. Place bacon in the oven ( not preheated). Set the temperature to 400 degrees. Cook bacon to desired doneness about 20 minutes.

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

6 hard-boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp dill relish
1 tsp dijion mustard
2-3 dashes of your favorite hot sauce
2 strips crispy cooked bacon, chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives, diced
paprika, for garnish

Directions

Sliced hard-boiled eggs in half and remove yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add dill relish, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce, mix until well combined and creamy.

Spoon mixture evenly into eggs. Garnish each egg with a sprinkle of paprika, chopped bacon, and fresh chives.

Directions

Divide arugula between 2 plates. Top each plate evenly with grapefruit, avocado, prosciutto, and walnuts. Drizzle each plate with 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Directions
