 2 tbsp chili powder
 2 tsp ground cumin
 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp dried onion powder
 1 tsp oregano
 ¼ tsp paprika
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, optional
 2 tbsp arrowroot powder
Instructions

Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

Use 2 Tbsp seasoning for every pound of ground meat.

Brown meat in a skillet and then drain off excess fat.

Return meat to pan and add in seasoning mix and 1/2 cup of water.

Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook 3-4 minutes.
