 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
 1 to 2 tbsp almond butter
 2 cups almond milk
 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice ( you won't be able to taste it, I promise! You can substitute ice If you're scared 🙂
 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
